Return & Refund Policy

Upon receiving the parcel, please check and verify your purchase immediately.



  1. 7 Days Return and Exchanges Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
  2. Promotion items are NOT eligible for return and exchange. (Except: New arrival discount / Membership discount / Birthday Voucher discount)
  3. If defects are found 7 days after the receiving date, STYLE XCHANGE reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
  4. All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
  5. Returned goods must be in new original condition with all labels and packaging attached.
  6. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
  7. Damaged, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
  8. All return/exchange application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  9. For goods exchange, customers need to place a new order upon receiving store credit.
  10. Returns of defective products are subject to:
  • Same model (subject to stock availability), OR
  • Product with same value (only if Out of Stock from the original model)





  1. Kindly fill up and submit the Returns & Exchanges Application Form before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
  2. Return period starts from the receiving date. (E.g.: Courier service website stated you are receiving the parcel on 01/01/2018, your latest return application date will be 07/01/2018.)
  3. Products can only be returned via shipping only.
  4. For defective goods, 100% of the return shipping cost will be absorbed by Style Xchange.
  5. We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking.
    Kindly note that Style Xchange will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.




  1. Refund would only be done as store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  2. Customer Service will debit Store Credit to your account at  upon completion of inspection.
  3. Store credit will only be valid for 60 days from the date issued.
  4. Store credit is tagged to your online account and is non-transferable.
  5. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice, excluding shipping and handling charges from your initial order.
  6. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  7. Normal shipping charges will apply for the subsequent orders purchased using store credit.
  8. Any unused value can be used in your future purchases.
  9. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via bank transfer or eGHL for the balance due.
